Took 3 gotta have it. All the three Ice-creams melting in store premises. Topping were not mixed properly. When we asked to mix the toppings he sprinkled few on top.

Prices are way to high for people to give you an attitude becuse my kids wanted to much toppings on their ice cream. Floor manager fixed it tho agreeing that she was in the wrong.

Came in about half an hour before closing and there were four groups of large families there. The one in front of us made the place a sh** show, but the employees made sure everyone got helped in a timely manner regardless of how rude other customers were. They handled the last minute rush efficiently so we could get in and get out with our ice cream. We'll be ordering our ice cream ahead of time in the future due to the popularity of this place, but otherwise, no complaints.

Rude service! Was only picking up an already paid for to go order and was ignored and passed over multiple times! Another family came in to buy a cake after me and that person was serviced before I was as I'm standing there in the " to go order" area, wasn't even acknowledged. Finally I got sick of waiting so I grabbed a cake put it on the counter and apparently that got attention " just the cake for you" no but apparently this is the only way to get your attention! Horrible service, won't be back.

The workers here are extremely rude. Me and my friend were really nice to them and we kept getting attitude for what ever reason. But the ice cream was good. We still left a tip because we are fantastic individuals but the customer service needs to get better.

I ordered an chocolate chipper cake, it tasted ok. The service was ok. The picture on the website looked different from the actual cake. This cake fed 8 people.

Requested Banana ice cream with snickers and caramel sauce. Young lady did not chop up the snickers. She just put It in my cup. Since I have braces I couldn’t even chew it. She appeared upset. Not sure why but all other employees were extremely kind and bubbly as they assisted their guest. Not this young lady. Probably won’t be going back. I cannot pay for bad ice cream and horrible service!

Love Cold Stone-Everything is the best I get,  along with my order for the grandchildren.

Love how they stayed open after 9. Yes they close at 9. No they don’t this frequently. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend going to this cold stone.

The wait was horrible like 30 min and it was 5 employees there I think the manager was named Lillian and instead of helping a customer to getting everybody out it was one employee basically working and then the Mrg helped a little.  Ice cream is one of those things you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for especially when it's five employees working and the other 3 are basically doing nothing.
