Wonderful gelato and lots of flavors of frozen yogurt. Both have lots of toppings you can add. Others choices of candy so a sugar high is almost a guaranteed. In the middle of a popular shopping area that I used to visit weekly and wished I knew this was here.
My family and I love this place! First it is always clean and fully stocked. The employees we're trained very well and they are very kind. The owner is always checking on his guests and ensuring we had a great experience. Kudos to the staff!
My first time in this place and it looked like it had never been touched… all the toppings were filled to the brim and looks so nice I did not want the employee to disrupt them!! great yogurt, great staff and reasonably priced.
My daughter loves going here. Getting to get her own soft serve froyo and picking from a good selection of toppings. She also loves their many flavors of bubble tea.
Ice cream is gritty and not good tasting, also they charged me for the wrong thing which cost more than the thing I ordered and when I brought it to their attention they refused to refund me the difference. My recommendation is drive a few mins down the road and go to cold stone creamery. Much better tasting and way better service.
3 times now, the store has been "open" but the door was locked. Online said open, store sign said open, there was no signs on the door signaling that the employee was perhaps on a break. I even waited in my car for a while to see if maybe they were on break and would come unlock the door, and nothing. The inconsistency and inconvenience are extremely frustrating, especially when it is a 15 minute drive just to get here in the first place. Update: I have been waiting in my car in front of the door for 42 minutes and still no one came to the door. I wanted to make sure that is wasn't an issue of someone taking a quick break. I have been here since 11:00 AM.
If I'm not mistaken, this place has mochi just like menchie's. A good variety of flavors but not always do they have a tasty selection. I go here on rare occasions when I crave froyo, Not so much because I like the options, it's more of just the availability of froyo around.
We came to get yogurt. The open sign was on at 12 and we waited 15 minutes. The door is still locked and there are several people waiting with children. I understand being under staffed but turn the open sign off.
My wife went to the Allen Park location on Tuesday night and both she bought the kids some frozen yogurt and got us a couple of bubble teas. My wife was drinking it on the way home and said there was hard pieces in the drink. When she got home, both of our bubble teas had a bunch of broken plastic pieces in it. The pieces were the same color as their blue spoons. We called the store and we asked for a manger. The manager only states, "We don't give refunds" and we can get another drink. I would think that a shattered plastic spoon on the drinks would warrant a refund at minimum! Why would we want to drive back up there for another drink....one that most likely has pieces of plastic on it still!
Visited the Allen Park location most recently in March of 2022. I’ve been going here for a couple years and they are very consistent. It’s always clean, toppings are stocked, lots of help if needed. I love that they offer disposable gloves for customers. Their prices are reasonable but not exempt from post pandemic increases. Mayra was our cashier on this visit and she was very nice, attentive and added to the relaxed experience.
