I ordered a half sheet several days in advance.  I ordered it for 5 pm pickup, actually arrived at 6 pm.  The person working the counter told me to wait 5 min.  20+ min I got a cake that looked like a wreck.  See photos.  I think she threw it together while I waited.  It was for a 30th birthday.  Really mad   won't come back.

What a joke! I ordered a cake for my 20th birthday and chose pick up at 1:45pm. I arrived at 2 ish. They told me that she was finishing something like ok cool whatever maybe she’s writing on it. So I get the cake and I’m like awn yay cute. I drive home with the AC blasting of course because it’s ice cream and I put it out of the sun. It only took me 17 minutes to get to my home and the cake was already melting. Wouldn’t they have made sure it was frozen before giving it to me? We called to ask about it and they mentioned a blast chiller…. Like ma’am that cake was never in the blast chiller. We called the store and they said they would have to ask the OWNER for a refund so we told them okay that’s cool. They called us back and the owner said “You can have a refund but you have to bring the cake back.” Like I’m sorry excuse me ? It’s my birthday and your employees chose to wait until my pickup time to make my cake and now you want it back because I am not pleased? What are you going to do with the cake? Eat it? Yeah so owner, very bad call. The employee we talked with on the phone was very nice so that’s the only reason they get two stars.

When we arrived neither of the 2 employees acknowledged us, they were busy dipping cones.  The Cold Stone counter was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned all day.  The workspace counter was cluttered and covered in baking pans and left over red velvet cake.  The employee who made our ice cream was polite but spoke broken English and had a difficult time understanding our orders.  I ordered the "Dough for It!", but banana was labeled cookie dough and they had to remake the order.  Having only 2 employees work on a busy Friday evening doesn't make any sense.

Employees didn’t seem too happy to be working on a Friday night. It was an hour before close and you could tell they were ready to go and weren’t pleased that we walked in. I used to work in the food industry so I understand it but part of the job is putting on a good experience for the customer even if you don’t want to be there.  Overall my shake was really good. I got a snickers shake and I liked how it was blended up so the snickers was in really small pieces. Made it easy to drink with a straw. Overall the ice cream was really good

They close at 11, we came in at 10 and received a very obvious sigh and eye roll from the girl working. She was about to clean a table, but instead of continuing to clean it off..she just stopped, threw the paper towels away and left the table dirty. We were in no rush and it would have been even better to see the place being cleaned and tables wiped down. Ice cream was good, but the service makes a  big difference in the experience.

A bit on the pricey side but the portions are generous and the smells are free. Create your own, signature flavors or seasonal offerings provide enough variety for any ice cream enthusiast.

The amount of flavors is fantastic, and their selection of topics is not too shabby either. I got one of the cake flavors which had actual cake in the ice cream! It tasted very rich and highly addicting. Watch the pricing though, because the $0.50 extra to upgrade to a large will reel you in!

I had a gift card so figured I'd try them out. Staff was friendly and communicative. They helped make my decision when I truly didn't know what I wanted. I will definitely be back

Went in to Coldstone tonight and was waited on by a very lovely girl named Amy. She was so polite and had a smile that just made you smile too. Probably the best employee you've had in a very long time. She's a keeper!

Fast, friendly and my to go order was packaged perfectly so it was still frozen by time I arrived home
