We got a strawberry chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting, The Best cake Ever! I am never disappointed when we come here weather it is by the cup or a whole cake. Thank you it is Perfect!

We came in holding our tiny dog which we planned on doing for the duration of our quick ordering visit. Before entering we checked and there was no sign that mentioned no dogs or pets. The door hadn't even closed when an employee yells "NO DOGS". Ok no prob but it should be posted. I'd rather go to Nitro or Frost where they are dog friendly and have a better product and much better service anyway. You got lucky that the better places were out of the way. Next time, not worth it. Bye Felicia.

Terrible service. Half empty cups that I’m being charged full price for. I ordered two rocky roads. One was fine the other had two marshmallow although I was charged for extra toppings. Not worth the price at all

Great Location. Fast friendly service. This place had a line out the door when we arrived, but they hustled and serviced EVERYONE Immediately ! The ice cream options and their toppings here are Limitless. One can create their own special concoction, or opt for a menu item. All sizes of basic Cones & bowls, including waffle. As well as Shakes, & fruit smoothies. This place DOES OFFER Ice Cream Cakes or Cupcakes, or grab a quart of pre-packed or favorite Ice Cream to go.

My daughter and her friend wanted ice cream so i went along. It was my first time there. I guess i expected something fabulous. Long story short the ice cream was soupy i asked for almonds damned if i could find any. We got a sm a med and a lg in the waffel cup $30.00!!!!!!! Need i say more?

The staff is very friendly and great at what they make when designing the treat. The ice cream can be pretty pricey, they don't have the prices posted, and they go by weight.

Fast and friendly service, Avery and Christian make you feel welcomed and they treat my younger sister like she’s a princess with her little requests. Definitely our favorite location

Came in to get a cake for my mom’s birthday and the owner got mad at us because they weren’t technically open but the door was open so we went inside. He could have just nicely said they weren’t open but he was rude and cold no pun intended? Haha  I understand the staffing shortage is a real thing but that’s really easy to say to customers trying to pay you for your product.

Ice cream was sloppy, all over the cup. Presentation was horrible....looked nothing like they advertised.

I see multiple reviews on how they cancel GrubHub reviews and I've had it happen twice now. Not really bothered by that more so bothered by the carefree attitude the employees give off as if it's my problem they work in an ice cream shop. Honestly I thought working in an ice cream shop would be nice and exciting, coldstone however is sad. Better chance getting ice cream from McDonald's.
