We go here a lot and love it because they have a good selection of stuff and it's always very clean in there. They also provide samples, you just have to ask for a little sample cup. We always love coming here. Always a good treat for after school!
Felt very welcomed. Took my little one and her friend for lunch We felt like they did a good job on explaining there operations. Also they have some of the best frozen yogurt! Pretty affordable. They charge by weight. Well enjoy especially on a hot sunny day. It will bring you or those with you joy.
First off, Menchie’s is an amazing frozen yogurt establishment. There were many who have come and gone over the years but Menchie’s has always been a favorite. Their product is excellent, the stores are clean, and the staff is friendly. They just do it right. Secondly, I left my wallet at this location a couple days ago and the owner himself who was there that night actively involving himself in the business retrieved my wallet and called me personally to tell me he had it and I could pick it up from his staff the next day, which I did. I don’t go out of my way very often to leave a review unless the service is exceptionally bad or good. In this case, Si and his staff nailed it and I am one happy dude. Thank you!!!
This place is awesome! They have huge selection of frozen yogurts and toppings. It's cool because you can sample all of the different flavors before you decide what to get. I talked with the owner who is a really nice guy and he made some really good recommendations. The yogurt is reasonably priced and delicious! It's cool for kids too because they have a chalk board to draw on they also give iut balloons to the kids if they want. My wife and I love going here for a quick dessert and a nice place hangout while we eat it. I highly recommend eating for some delicious dessert and a fun atmosphere.
THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED: The owner is invested in providing the best service possible to the customers that visit. After a three star review previously given by me, the owner contacted me to discuss the review. It is not often that businesses will contact me, so it was a great thing to be able to actually interact with the business owner. This act shows that the owner cares deeply about providing top notch service. I decided to revisit the business to see if the 3 star review still stood, or if the business merited a higher rating. I'm happy to say that the business merited 4 stars this time around for a few reasons. When first walking in, I immediately noticed that the location was clean and organized. Signs were well kept, and all dispensing equipment was operating and clean. The toppings display was fully stocked, and the syrup canisters were aligned and full; ready to be utilized in making the most delicious of chocolate peanut butter and honey frozen goodness. In these business locations, one typically interacts with only one employee, so I'm assuming that one employee is supposed to run the entire location by herself or himself for the whole shift. When I walked in, no employee was present, and it wasn't until I had already grabbed a cup and started on my first flavor that the employee came out from the back room. I think it is safe to assume that the employee was just in back restocking or grabbing supplies, but there was one person at the location who needed guidance on how to operate the equipment. The employee was not present to help that person, that absence was long enough to lose that customer. I assisted the person, and showed them how to get the food so they could enjoy what the business has to offer. This extended absence combined with a customer who needed immediate help and did not receive any from an employee due to that absence is what docked one star. I'll end on this note: The location of this business is perfect because the refreshing feeling of grabbing a nice cold food immediately after walking around the mall for a couple hours is awesome. The staff here is super fun and friendly and being able to make your own crazy recipe is quite entertaining. I highly recommend coming here especially if you like frozen yogurt.
This place offers an amazing selection of frozen yogurt favors! You can sample everything before deciding on what is going to be going into your own creation. Also, the toppings are amazing! On my last visit they even has chocolate covered strawberries! When you are in the mood for frozen yogurt, be sure to keep them in mind.
My darlings, you must go! The decor reminds me of a nursery school romper room and I would normally ding it -4 stars for that, but the froyo is just too fabulous! Also I've noticed that lately the staff has neglected to put fresh sliced bananas out with the other fruit toppings. I realize that bananas can go brown pretty quickly, but then the yogurt costs about as much as caviar, so I believe they could probably afford to lose a banana or two. OK, -1 star now that I'm thinking about the bananas...
This is a new Menchies location. It was opened by a local firefighter who has a passion for people's smiles. He serves good frozen yogurt and has the biggest collections of toppings of any frozen yogurt shop I've been to. My wife has celiac disease, an autoimmune condition that prevents her from eating gluten in wheat, barley, and rye. Her mother has that and a secondary lactose intolerance. Both have eaten here without getting sick. He has great dairy-free sorbet that you can also buy by the pint. His shop is clean, well stocked, and staffed with young people that are friendly. Go here is you want a good desert in a friendly atmosphere in a clean store.
