Cold Stone Creamery has great ice cream with great service! Cold Stone Creamery is a well-known chain ice cream store. What makes them different than other ice cream shops is that they have their workers use a lot of manual labor to add mix-ins to your ice cream. They have a ton of mix-ins to choose from, including brownies, candies, cookies, and cereal, and have a good selection of ice cream flavors. If you can't decide on your own ice cream creation, they have pre-designed signature creations to choose from. They also have smoothies, shakes, and ice cream cakes. What also makes them unique is that the workers sing when you give them a tip.  I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line out the door. It actually took quite awhile to get through the line. We ordered the coffee ice cream with brownie mix-in and the strawberry ice cream with strawberry mix-in. The worker that mixed our ice cream was enthusiastic and provided great customer. It looked like a lot of muscle went into the mixing of the ice cream. The cashier was also really friendly and helpful. There were a lot of workers that were working really hard and they all seemed to be very positive and in great spirits.  Both flavors of ice cream were really delicious. We ordered the Gotta Have It Size for both to-go and ate them over a few days. The strawberry was soft and creamy and the coffee was really enjoyable with the brownie pieces mixed in. Other than the long wait, we had a really good experience at this Cold Stone Creamery location.

Delicious and so creamy. I thought I could handle the big cup, unfortunately couldn’t finish it, that was such a huge ice cream. I tried the strawberry batter batter topped with whipped cream. Simply delicious. The service was great, and fast. All the counter looked clean. Definitely coming back to try a different flavor and probably order one of the the ice cream cakes.

My family loves Coldstone but today was the last time we order delivery. The Kendall location never ever gets our delivery orders right. Not to mention that the manager on shift today was very unprofessional and simply didn’t care that my order was wrong. She was clearly a child and told me they were closing and couldn’t help me.

Bitter Taste DISAPPOINTMENT. 1 star is not low enough. It doesn't matter how good the product is,  if the service is not good!  No one wants to buy cookies from mean Girl scouts,  no matter how much you like them. Twice now I've ordered online,  received confirmation email, and driven to the location just to be told they don't have the flavor i ordered and cannot fulfill order. Ultimate frustration and disappointment! It'll be a while,  if ever again,  that i waste my time this way.

Delicious ice cream! The service was quick and friendly, they let you taste all the flavors to pick your own, you can get up to three flavors in one with one free topping.

Had a fantastic experience. Despite it being a large group and was surely tough to handle, they kept a great attitude. Excellent work to those working tonight

My experience was really awful. The floor was all wet, they were trying to clean going very rude ignoring the costumers making the line. We got  there at 9:10pm. After a long wait in line1hr and 10min at 10:20pm it was our turn to order when we realized through the upset costumer in front of us that there was not chocolate or vanilla flavors, so I asked for strawberry shortcakeafter I confirmed the info was accurate and the attendant very rude, and with not gloves on by the way said “we do not have nor make strawberry shortcake” Then I asked for candy cotton flavor in a cone for my daughter and again their answer was “we only have kids cone, and you can not put any toppings”  I said if you are running out of any flavor it would be nice to announce it” we never heard an apology only long faces were showed. End of story we were very disappointed, never going back again.

The worker sofie was super friendly and made my ice creams so good    definitely will be coming back

The service here was to die for especially the girl with the purple hair was so sweet. She was so patient with my kids I know it was a handful for her because they wanted to try about every flavor but she was very hospitable. After I wasn’t sure how the app worked for my birthday reward she so kindly helped me and explained how it worked. I will definitely be coming back, the ice cream was creamy and mixed just enough to have almost every topping I asked for in each bite. My kids asked for 2 flavors each and the color combinations Cotton candy and cake batter looked gorgeous mixed together. I definitely added a pretty tip for her. I did notice her coworker the girl with the curly hair and bracesalso helping us when giving our flavors and being attentive and conversational. They both offered all sorts of ideas on what my boys could get and I couldn’t be happier especially because it was a treat for their good behavior.

The ice creams are delicious!! However, the employees must follow sanitary protocol.  They are preparing food without gloves. Why am I watching her putting banana on my Ice Cream with her bare hands.. That didn't sit right with me. And the worst was speaking over the food while preparing or sniffing the milkshake because she wasn't so sure if the flavor was blended and gave the same milkshake to the customer!. If it wasn't for sanitary reasons, I would give the ice creams five stars..
