Was looking for the spot that used to be here. Clearly, I haven't been around these parts for a long time. ICEBERG ROLLS was a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in, the young lady was helpful in working with us to make a choice.  Like their slogan goes They are not an ice cream shop they are in experience.  It was cool to see them roll the ice cream and prepare the bowls.

Not the quality that we originally enjoyed. It has been declining for a while now. Vanilla base mixed with left over strawberry, rolls almost melted and smashed in. At this rate this is no longer and "experience" it's just "ice cream"Food: 1/5

I had difficulty finding the location and parking. The place is in a challenging location with no clear instructions. I arrived two hours before their closing time, but the door was locked. The employees closed the store early without explanation. There is a language barrier as nobody speaks English. I have been living in kendell all my life and this is an honest review. I recommend saving your time and money by going somewhere else. The five star reviews may not be genuine.

I brought my kids and my nieces and nephews. We had a hard time finding the location and parking. I made an order for items after asking for the non daily version as I normally order that in the other rolled ice cream place.  I ordered strawberry dairy free got cotton candy dairy ice cream.  Upon analyzing the situation and noticing the server saying to everything yes but doing opposite things. I asked him in Spanish and he said how can you get ice cream without milk??? We asked if they served cups of water he says yes and charged for bottled water.  Super annoyed if I had eaten this tonight I would have ended up in the hospital tonight. The kids are no big deal but never again.  Communication is key You can’t have two employees that don’t speak or understand English!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience starting with the fact there music is filled w profanity.  You feel like you are in a club in South Beach and not an ice cream place.  Came with my 5 and 6 year old and had a lot to explain.  Food wise,  I ordered the base ice cream and 4 toppings and it was given it to me separately and then told after the fact it’s too many toppings to blend in.

When I first came into this ice cream spot I thought it was overpriced.... Until I saw how they make the ice cream and mix in all the toppings and make a delicious blend! All of their flavors sounded delicious however I was able to try the Timba Havana pictured and La Mija Flan and WOW! Both were delicious! They are generous with their toppings and the ice cream is made right in front of you!

They have no shredded coconut for the past 3 weeks.  Totally unacceptable. Bad management. Especially when they have like 3  dishes that have coconut as their ingredient.  They lost my business. I’ll be going to DIY Ice Cream nearby.

Wow!    Our kids loved this amazing and unique fun  ice cream style place.  An amazing addition to our ice cream shops in west Kendall.  Yummy!  So excites we can’t wait to come back.  #wearekendall #thingstodo #westkendall  Give this review a thumbs up if it helps.

Got in a little late, but felt very welcomed. I wasnt sure what to expect, but was very surprised. I had the pastelitos, and I enjoyed watching them make it. It was amazing. Brought some home and had to fight off mom and daughter to enjoy the last bit. Great place to take the fam and hang out for a while. Good job guys.
