What can I say... Yummy!!! Large variety of ice cream and cakes made of them. They also have ice cream for dogs! Mine is very excited about that . This time I ordered a Valentine cake. Can’t wait to try it
I stopped in on a Monday night and noted the line was a few people long. There was only one girl working Yesenia but she was five stars for Coldstone. Her level of quick, efficient service with a great attitude was a step above the majority of workers today. I hope the Aberdeen Coldstone recognizes her for the benefit she is!
Loved the ice cream! Fairly priced and friendly staff.
Customer Service was terrible!! It was ONLY 2 employees working between the hour of 4-5pm, the line was typically almost to the door. The male employee thought us was ok around this time to refill the ice cream trays that were still FULL. The line would have moved a little faster had he helped the girl that was making and taking orders. They should have planned their thoughts out differently and helped the customers and NOT restock during this time of day. I was rather annoyed that when I staying at the register to pay for my “LOVE IT” sized ice cream, the girl actually took my cup and slid it across the counter towards me!! That was EXTREMELY rude!! I think your location needs to have a “TEAM” meeting to meet the needs of YOUR customers and NOT the employees personal life!!
Too expensive for the quantity and quality. The ice cream was gooey like it was not so fresh and had been thawed and refrozen. The quantity in my "love it" cup was level with the rim, while the quantity in the "love it" cup of my companion was nicely rounded much higher than the rim...mine was a "like it" quantity placed in a "love it" cup. Person who made mine was indifferent and walked away. For nearly $7.00, it just is not worth it. Go to Purple Penguin where you can make your own fro-yo and sorbet and come out less expensive than cold stone.
very great and attentive service. i was helped as soon as possible and the server, Madison D., was kind enough to inform me that my love it coffee lovers only would be more expensive as a shake. afterwards she blended it excellently, it was one of the thickest milkshakes i have ever had! very good. she kindly handed me my milkshake and a straw and also offered me a receipt. great service!
Been coming to this locations for a couple of years now, I must say the customer courtesy has declined to an unsatisfactory level. Today my family were greeted with attitude prior to any engagement with staff. Our cashier Madison D. was disrespectfully callous. She made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Mind you the traffic normal and we only ordered 3 strawberry blondes. We requested napkins to which we did not receive. We requested lids to our ice cream cups to which she basically tossed at us. She was very short with us and seemed to be visually agitated, very unprofessional. Her character displayed today is not a good look for the company and it is especially bad for the franchisee. Unfortunately I will now go outside of my way to find another location as I no longer feel this location regards customer courtesy as a pillar of their business model
Ordered a $45 cake. Paid in full. Was told it didn’t show up on their order history and they didn’t know why. Was just told “yes we see the receipt”. Waited 15 mins. Finally came in and said they’d give us a refund. Terrible experience.
CSC is my favorite place to get ice cream. This location use to be my go to location however, my last two visits here, a young lady name Madison D I hope one person doesn’t log in and everyone uses the register whose name is on the receipt, is the worlds worst person I’ve experienced in years. She is very unprofessional. She lacks customer service skills. She is bad for the franchise name. She basically threw my cup of ice cream on the counter once she prepared it and was ready to ring my order. She asked me if I wanted napkins and said “yes”, I never received the napkins. At the same time, another young lady was trying to sign out as it was likely the end of her shift this doesn’t justify Madison’s behavior. I had to ask for a lid to go on my ice cream. It would make sense to automatically ask the customer if they want a lid especially since the store doesn’t allow customers to eat inside due to COVID. She had my blood boiling. Thank goodness, I’m not the person I use to be because I wanted to address her about her unprofessional demeanor. I didn’t expect her to jump for joy for my presence nor did I expect to go for ice cream and pretty much have my experience feeling like I was disrespected. Due to her mannerism, I will find another location to have ice cream even if it means, I have to drive an hour to get it. The drive will be worth it to never have to experience her attitude again. Money spends anywhere and I refuse to continue to patronize a business if me and money are not appreciated. And lastly, she pushed the receipt into my hand as she was providing me my receipt to sign. It is so unfortunate for a business to have such a great product and the employee ruin the entire place. But thankfully, this location is not the only CSC in the area. But I’m thankful, I recognize she’s a nasty and mean employee that can ruin this business.
So their prices were a bit much, which i would have been fine with it I had not seen their cake ice cream named Germanchökolätekäke®...as a German descendant this saddens me very much. In a society that wants to be culturally correct we bypass this mockery of the German language. They could have easily just said German chocolate cake ice cream, but instead they have to add special characters not found in the american English language. Try saying it in your own language, or atleast do some research on what the Germans call it. If you would have done your homework you would see that it's not even a German recipe but an American recipe which makes it even more of a mockery of the German language.
