I come here often but today was the final straw. I truly feel like the corporation is spending more to keep this place open than they are making back in profit. I ordered a burger and a hot dog through the app. They brought out everything in my order but the hot dog and claimed to have forgotten it. This was at 2:10 pm. I didn’t leave there with my hot dog until 2:50. I have to work today and don’t have time for an inconvenience like that as don’t most people. By the time I finally got the hot dog, which she had told me several times she’d “be right back” with, the rest of my food was cold. I more than likely won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody as a fast food option or even a good food option….

I ordered a big scoop Cookie dough sundae and all I got was two scoops of cookie dough and vanilla ice cream. There was not chocolate syrup or Oreos in it. I want what I payed for. The manager didn't care because I sent it back to get it remade and they were being funny and drowned it in chocolate syrup. I will definitely not be going back there. One of the worst fast food places ever!! Update 10/14/2022 So it's been a year since I've been back. I decided to give sonic another chance hoping things would be better. Was I wrong. Tonight I got some honey bbq popcorn chicken there. I got home to eat my food and not to my surprise it was hard, and dry. I call to let them know. They said come back and we will take care of it. When I got there I was greeted with no apology for my inconvenience or bad food. I didn't get a refund or anything like that. What I did get was another batch of dry hard honey bbq popcorn chicken. Please close this place down or get new management. Someone that actually cares about what people are getting when they order their food. I'm officially done with Sonic in southern pines, NC.

I got a #2 and it tasted like a #0 I poured my sweet tea out and took one bite of my burger and threw it away. The only thing halfway decent was the onion rings and they were burntFood: 1/5

Food is fresh made. But had to move to three different kiosks because they weren’t working properly and no signs. But food was great.

The service was good getting our order to us, but the one who took our order was slow about taking it, and didn't get all of our order, he cut us off before the order was completedFood: 4/5

I will not ever go back to this sonic First time I went my burger was extremely greasy but of course I was rushing so I threw it out the window second time I go apparently they were closed and of course it was 9:30am this last time I go it was 1045 am I thought the half off deal was still going on until 11 apparently not no big deal I ordered my food and the fries were so salty I could not eat had to put that mess in the trash so yeah/no I tried three different times and each time was a complete mess Only advice I have for you is simple Regardless if you have nobody working or not honor the time you have placed out front that’s why you have managers it’s their job to make sure the business is running properly 2 find real cooks to cook the food processed food is already fill with sodium so it only takes a pinch of salt and 3. Regardless of how you feel your customers should never feel it

The Broccoli & Cheddar Tator Tots are EXTREMELY GOOD, cooked to perfection and hot  EVERY time I stop and order some!Food: 5/5

I love the crunchy tater tots but the service is terrible. I wish they could give enough incentive to the employees to just be nice and not have rbf everytime they look at you! @sonic what are you doing?!Food: 4/5

I pulled up and didn't even get to order. I asked a question they didn't know the answer and then they never responded again. I tried to order, but nothing.  Completely ignored. Had to get food elsewhere. Not getting food was not as bad as the time I came to this sonic and they told me the onion ring guy was on vacation and I would have to wait a week to get non burnt onion rings lol.

Sonic hasn't changed too much over the years.  They offer a greater range of burgers and hot dogs than I remember in decades past.  The overall business model is good but they need to distinguish themselves more from the competition.  This location has good service and consistent food.
