Their ice cream cake is always delicious, even after it has been cut and stored in the freezer for a week. The cake is never hard or stale tasting but always like it is fresh from that day.

Place has there hours posted and they close at 10:00 pm. I showed up at 8:00 and this is all there was.

Great Customer Service! Although there may be technical issues the franchise should fix, the employees are great. When I came Natalie and Samantha  was upfront taking orders, she went upon and beyond to make sure mine and the other customers were well taken care of, which is really rare these days, all while Micheala the manager on duty was handling a rude customer, everyone kept it very professional  I will definitely be back!

We had a TERRIBLE experience. There was virtually no ice cream left due to supplier issues. Not only is this location more expensive but it lacks options and more importantly, it lacks even basic ice cream. They should have closed the store rather than to be unprepared without ice cream. This location also NEVER has a manager, it’s run by kids who cannot address a single customer issue or concern. The entire line was complaining. So disappointing. Do not recommend this place to anyone! They didn’t even have the basic chocolate, strawberry!  I recommend the new Coldstone at Kingsley!!! I stumbled into yesterday... it was awesome with more selections and cleaner! Better vibe!!

I have been a cold stone fan for years.  Tonight my wife and I decided to stop by right before closing.  And for the first time I sat down, and I noticed how nasty and unkept this store has become.  I am very sad and disappointed.  Because this is the closet cold stone by 20 miles.  However after seeing this I will not be coming here again.

These employees do not seem happy. What happened to the cold stone employees that sang. Why is my order not ready? I placed my order online at 7 it was to be picked up at 8:15 it’s now 8:30. It was literally nobody in the store when I arrived. I’m here and now you have to make it. I guess I won’t get that blast freeze as requested.

Nice workers but have some very serious concerns of the cleanliness in the store 1 there is no health inspection grade anywhere in the location which there was another comment from three months ago about this, which I’m fairly certain is illegal. 2 you can tell it has not been swept or even mopped in weeks 3 the vents are very dirty above food area … the list continues but the good news is these can be easy fixes, they just take some time. I really hope management can get the place together.

I went to the one at rivergate waiting on line a couple on frint having a sample of different flavors and then it happen a mice drop from the ceiling and me and the couple fled the plave a health i specter need to close this place down for good be caref..

I love the fact CSC offers milkshakes but the apologetic staff member had to wait until the blender cooled down to finish making my shake. I asked if they had a back up - sadly it broke awhile back and hadn’t been replaced.  You have friendly  & willing and able staff but upper mgmt needs to make sure things are serviced. You can never get more work out of a machine than you put into it.  #coldstoneRivergate

The short black lady doesn’t mix well. I do recommend it even after telling her how to do.
