I didn't catch the gentlemen's name that day we were in the store, but I'm sure he remembers the kid that pulled the alarm. This employee was the sweetest person from the second we walked into the store; when we sat down, the fire alarm happened to be right behind my son, and before I could say don't touch, he had pulled it. The employee wasn't mad at all and was so kind. He told us it wasn't a big deal and everything was ok after I apologized a million times. If this employee ever sees this, I want to say thank you! Thank you for being so kind when I was almost in tears from embarrassment. Please continue to spread your sweet personality with others!!

We stopped by after a soccer game and Kevin gave us the best customer service. Friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend a visit.

This place is a rip off , one ice cream cup   Almost 10$ For one !!!!  and they didn’t even have good toppings out and the worker was rude , and the frozen yogurt was disgusting and had no taste ! I won’t be back

Nice spot for a sweet treat, build your own with lots of frozen yogurt flavors & topping choices. I would definitely return and try some different combinations.

The Best TCBY I’ve Been Too Yet! The Store Manager “Barron” Was Helpful As Well As Knowledge About Everything We Asked. He Provided Excellent Customer Service And Made Sure We Had All Information Needed Towards Having A Great Experience! The Family And I Will Definitely Be Back Again!

My wifi and I love to go to tcbi just to get a quick desert that is kinda good for you. Easy to select and pop our your own ice cream. Great selection of toppings. Always rotating different flavors of ice cream. Staff is helpful when figuring out their selection or needing tester cups

It is the country's best Yogurt .

This is a great place to get a nice bowl of ice cream the way you want to make it.  The cool thing about these soft serve places is that you can control exactly how much and what to put in to the cup which controls your amount you are taking in and how much your wallet has to put out.

I visit at least once a week.  The store is clean and the staff is extremely polite. My favorite flavor is peppermint.  It would be nice if they added lemon for the summer.
