I always have a positive experience here, as the employees are helpful, professional, and friendly. Yesterday I came in at noon for two to-go orders and an amazingly awesome person, Jane, was manning the counter. (She was a young Asian woman, so if you spot her, expect great service!) She was incredibly friendly and I got the vibe that she can put anyone at ease. Anyway, she recommended flavors I might like, based on my preferences and cravings, and she was more than happy to do half coffee, half banana for my mother's peanut waffle cone ice cream (the waffle cone was free! I think they made too many waffle cones or something, so I had a few to choose from). She related with me when I said I was still mentally asleep and having trouble talking, and she was a great active listener. It seems she is very naturally skilled with customer service and she just had a great personality, perfect for dealing with lots of people (as is standard with a job like Cold Stone). Essentially, Jane provided the best customer service you can get. Also, the ice cream here is great! It's REAL ice cream, made to taste great, and it's dense, so I always get full really fast (unlike with those giant party tubs at the grocery store). I didn't see gold flakes in the Wonder Woman ice cream flavor like the sign said it would, and I wish there were more fruit flavors, but they cycle those things out and also I don't really care about the WW flavor or the gold flakes.

Go-to for frozen yogurt. Got the cookies and cream flavor and topped it with more cookies and cream. Service was friendly and fast. They also offered to pack mine in a bag with ice so it wouldn't melt which was thoughtful. Parking is pretty terrible but there is bike rack nearby. Area is pretty hip.

Can't wait to ask if the'll make a Super Woman hero decor chocolate ice cream cake for a special little girl called Jaelyn! I'll let you all know tomorrow! ;)
