They are wonderful. I hadn't bought my Ray Bans here, but stopped by since my office is nearby and a screw had fallen out of my Wayfarers. They replaced the screw, cleaned my glasses, AND gave me a new hard case - ALL FOR FREE. And they're super friendly and kind. Would happily go back next time I need a pair of glasses or sunglasses.

Excellent!!! I go to the eye doctor every year for new glasses, this year I wanted to try another facility. I am SO glad I gave them a chance, they were wonderful! Processed my glasses order quickly, the doctor was very friendly and really knows her stuff. I will be a life long client!

Terrible experience. I do not recommend spending your money here. I bought glasses a month ago. They didn't tighten dothe screws on the frames and now one of the screws feel out. Of course their warranty will cover the screw, but not the lost lense. On top of that you can't buy one lense, they only come in two. Now my insurance won't cover the new lense, so I am having to pay more for the new lense than I did for the original glasses. Horrible customer service. BE sure to have them tighten all screws before you leave the store. I will never go back to this company. Buyer beware!!!!
