wouldve gave them 5 stars but one of the girls that attended us was very rude. everyone else was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. other than that ice cream ws very good!!!

this place is lame I paid for a certain drink, which didn't have ice cream in it so I requested ice cream, paid for it, got it and asked if it had ice cream in it, and big surprise no ice cream so I tell the tard, I paid for ice cream, he just says sorry, well I agree you all are sorry....

I went in to redeem my buy one get one ice cream with my email. They were extremely rude when I told them what toppings I wanted and said "so you'll be paying extra for the extra toppings?" and I said yes... The person helping me rolled his eyes and then the cashier said I had to delete my email that had the coupon code in it right that second and made it a huge deal. They made me feel like I was doing something illegal for using my coupon. I do not enjoy going into the Visalia Cold Stone. Hanford is much nicer and much more clean. I recommend just driving 30 minutes to go there instead.

This place used to be great but now whenever I come it's always understaffed. Despite the workers doing their best, the lines are still out the door. The place is way too small for the number of customers that come here and the employees do not seem appreciated. Also, one night the ceiling was leaking all over the place but the store was kept open, extremely disgusting.
