Not much better than Sundance, a little more responsive, but I will never go through them. My property was transferred from Sundance to Coldwell. My tenants vacated the property May 01 2017, glad I moved back in. Picked up the keys in late June. After several phone calls and emails, I am still waiting on them to give me the money they owe me and it's now October. I might have to take them to court if this continues.

It been almost 4 months, and I constantly called caldwell about the issue at my place and they say they will call me back when they get an appt. for my problem and they never did. Very unprofessional!!!

We are a military family, and our contract was originally with Sundance when we first moved here 4 years ago. It is now with Coldwell. The quality of service is terrible. We've called them constantly since January to fix a hole in our wall, and it still hasn't been fixed. We were willing to pay for it, and yet they still have been stalling us. Our next move will be with the on post housing office to file a complaint, and hopefully put them on a band list of places to do business. 
To all service members, do your homework before you rent from them.  Very shady people.

This is place along with Sundance is a shame. My husband. Me and our 7 kids rented a house originally through Sundance for the past 3 months it had switched over to Caldwell, Friday we received an official court summons for foreclosure of course its the,oener.apparently the owner had no idea anyone was living in their home. So what does this sound llike to you. Valerie is rude and they all says hey have no idea what's going on AMD not to worry but yes there is a HUGE CONCERN BC it is A COURT SUMMONS for foreclosure and everytime we have asked for repairs on this.nasty carpet and non working shower for moths still nothings. They say they can't contact owber. Ok Im not you average dumb person so lets dig a little deeper Andrew and out whose lying and what's really going on. Yes they have a copy of court summons. If you're thinking of renting through these people or Sundance DO NOT DO IT SAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY THE HEADACHE.... they keep telling us don't worry about it... Yea oook. .. These people AMD company are a complete joke and have no compassion,what so ever.
