North Carolina is by far one of my favorite places to vacation.  In fact, I have decided to seriously consider buying a home there. I wanted an agent that really Knew the area inside and out, as buying a home is a major decision one makes.  After careful research I was lucky enough to be referred to a Broker with a 30 year history as an agent.  The agent, Gwen Schultz was from the Havelock office and was able to really zero in on what I wanted versus showing me a bunch of houses didn't fit what I was looking for or that other agents in her office might have listed.  I would highly recommend this office and this agent if your considering a house or rental anywhere within 30 miles of Havelock, it will be worth your time.
