STAY AWAY
Terrible business practices, no ethics at all.  They refuse to do right regradeless of how you pay.  If you choose to do business with these guys consider yourself warned cause you will regret it.  Do your homework first.

John Vesco has a special interest in this area being a retired Marine. He takes care of his clients. You can not get someone with more experience and knowledge of this area.
John  Vesco has nothing to do with Rentals that is separate and you were reimbursed for the fees once we received proof.

Rip off blamed me for the roaches that were clearly there before I moved in(their office manager had pics of dead roaches on the floor before i moved in) kept part of my deposit even though I paid monthly for pest control because the roaches were so bad
