This has been the worst real estate experience ever!!! Stay far away from the listings from George Realty. Their listing agent Wendy Li is extremely unprofessional if anything outright rude! I have been dealing with Wendy to rent a condominium in Arcadia, and it has been a complete waste of time. First she claims she has to verify my applications, and spoke with my boss in a rude manner over the telephone. After everything was verified we are almost ready to make a deal, she withdraws from the deal process and shuts everything down. I personally feel bad for the landlord who has to continue paying the mortgage on his home which is vacant. I understand why his home is vacant thanks to Wendy! I do not write google reviews even if I had a bad experience but since this has been a complete waste of time I want to warn fellow googler's is to stay far away from George Realty if you are seriously considering to rent or purchase a home.
