Michael Seligman is personable, helpful, and well versed in all things Albuquerque. He and Edgar not only helped us find a beautiful home, they recommended restaurants, shopping and various attractions in the area. Michael turned what has the potential to be a stressful situation into a secure and even fun time in our lives. With his help we found our house in two days and put in an offer almost immediately. Voula Chronis was my Coldwell Banker Legacy realtor and she did a lot of hard work to sell my house.  Fortunately the house had an offer a day or two after it was put on the market.  Voula helped us understand the whole process of selling the house.  She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, no matter how strange our questions might be.  She made great suggestions on what to paint or repair.  Sometimes I couldn't find an information paper she provided, she patiently emailed me another copy.  As a result of her diligent work the house was sold before I had to make another mortgage payment.  I forget how long the process took but it was a little more than one month.  I should also mention Voula was my realtor when I bought the house in 2001.   She is honest and sincere.  That is why I used her again as my realtor.  She is very customer orientated, she is one of the best.  Highly recommend her.  Thanks Voula!!

Great company to work it. Judah Sarracino was an amazing realtor, he was very punctual, very polite and always showed willingness to assist. Definitely one of the best realtors out there. He won't disappoint.
