I had a very positive experience with the Sandi Presley Team.  I thank all of them for making this a smooth and easily understood process for me.  Sandi was very attentive to my needs from the beginning to the end making me feel comfortable and confident all the way through.  I appreciated her responsiveness, enthusiasm, and encouragement.  Thus there was "no worry" throughout the entire transaction.

Sandi and her team did an amazing job on the sale of our home. Sandi quoted an attractive listing price. We grilled her on it. She justified it based on market conditions, neighborhood, and upgrades we’d made. Sure enough, we got a solid, full price offer on the first day! This is the second home Sandi and her team sold for us. We are delighted and recommend Sandi highly.

We felt A LOT of pressure to list before we were ready. We were assured the house would be snapped up, but when it wasn't it somehow wasn't their fault. We made almost nothing on the sale and the entire process was stressful. The realtor knew we were inexperienced and took advantage of that but no responsibility when the situation became financially problematic for us. Her demeanor was very disingenuous and her idea of marketing was to post ads on a bazillion websites we'd never heard of. We also got tired of the firm's endless self-promotion and insincerity. Eight months later the title company is bugging us for paperwork that didn't get completed, but we are just done. But "Sandi did it again!!"

excellent service, couldn't make it at times for getting the house ready to meet with contractors, but their team stepped in and helped, very satisfied. I set my time line and they fulfilled it.

I owned a rental house in Albuquerque.  The tenants moved out, and I thought I'd try to get it sold, since I now live out of town.  Over the past 15+ years, I had bought that rental thru Sandi Pressley, plus 3 others that I  had lived in and were also now rentals. I called Sandi and she gave me reasonable reasons that it would sell.  She listed it for me...and IT SOLD AT FULL PRICE IN ONE DAY! The price was comparable to others in the area,  Am I pleased with Sandi Pressley and her team?  You betcha!!
