I agree they work for the renters not the owners bad business

Being a Realtor is a business as well as a career choice.   Like any business person, I must align myself with a company whose policies and business tools will deliver the best results for my client, whether it is a buyer or a seller.  I took my time and interviewed every real estate brokerage firm in Indian River County.  I interviewed some directly and others indirectly.  I even “test drove” a different company for a while. I recently sold my 2 lots here in Sebastian, Florida. I used your agency and the services of your agent, Susan Maitner. She was very professional in her handling of the sale. Susan took the time to explain in detail the entire transaction, dotting the "I"s and crossing the "T"s. I'm a senior here in Sebastian, and to find such a person is a real help.
