I had made a review prior that was negative against Oak River Properties. However I would like to make things right with Oak River. The negativity that took place was with the landlord who was managing the property at the time should not have involved Oak River. What happened could not be controlled by Oak River, now a year later I am closing on a house and this company took the time to help with the process on such short notice. Not to mention on top of all the other properties they are tying to help after the destruction of Hurricane Irma. I am very grateful for there help and service.

My experience with Oak River Properties over the past 17 years has been nothing short of excellent. We required a rental home while searching for property in Sebastian to purchase. Michelle was able to provide us with choices quickly and efficiently. During that rental period all issues were handled promptly. I felt my well-being was professionally protected as well as the landlords.

A few years later after purchasing a rental home I immediately placed it with Oak River Properties as rental agent/management due to the experience I had as a renter. As a landlord I feel my investment is in good hands and again my interests are being protected.

As stated above I have dealt with Oak River Properties from both sides of the fence 
and their professional service continues to be exceptional.

Wish I could give them zero stars this company is a joke. Seriously people save your money. This company will screw you in the end. Their  houses and their employees are held together by band-aids.

Do not rent from these people. They charge ridiculous amount of money from your deposit when you leave the place. I was charged $500 for just GENERAL CLEANING! wth? The carpet in the house was unclean when I moved in. When I moved out, they charged me additionally for cleaning the carpet. Nearly $150 for trash removal when there was zero trash in the house. Save your self the trouble and find other realtors.
