UPDATE: as soon as I posted an honest review I was asked to give by naked apartments of my experience with Glenn as my broker. I got a text from him."Alexis this is Glenn" "Alexis, i dont know what has gotten into you but you disappeared and now i see this review from you? Not fair at all. Havent heard from you and you do this.Take the review down please. This is my livelyhood and you could have called me for help. I deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis so if you got lost in the shuffle its because other people were taking the initiative to call me or text me frequently. Please remove the review." I replied "Your last message said you would have stuff to show me when I got there. I messaged you when my flight got canceled and I was flying out the next morning and messaged you when I got there heard nothing back..." "I can understand your frustration but i would ask that you not capsize my business because of a technicality...""... I have a child i need to provide for and when people read that review its going to take food out of their mouth so please can you remove it." "Second question is are you still looking?" "Can you please take the review down." This was all yesterday. this morning I received "I have asked very nicely and havent heard a response from you." "I really dont want to make this issue any bigger than it has to be but as this concerns my business and income i have to protect myself and will seek legal counsel if I must. Slander and Defamation of Character are real offenses and especially when the two parties have not physically met. Now I dont want to get a lawyer involved but I cannot have a review like this hurting my business. Please remove it." unto which I will be replying my final statement to this guy. And I will be posting every thing further he says to me since he is threatening me. "My review was of your services as my broker. My relations with other brokers after had no basis obviously to your review as what happened in my review of you actually happened so it isn't slander. And my review wasn't about your being mean or rude it was about the quality of service I received. If you feel this is unacceptable, you should make sure it don't happen again. And in answer to your previous question I have since found a place we move into it August 1, I would personally not use you again as my broker and the review was my reason why. Threatening me definitely isn't the way to go,all for my review when it was true and naked apts asked me to review all the brokers I have dealt with. Using your child as a reason I should delete the review is disgusting, I have four toddlers and you wasted our time so you should give me money for that right? Ridiculous thought. And to your last demands I would say as they weren't even questions I will not delete the review because it is my right to review you however I will be editing it. " he responded just now. "My lawyer will be sending a cease and desist letter asking you to take it down within a time period. I have no problem spending the money to get this done because 2K to retain his services is only a portion of the money i can potentially lose from your review. We can go from there. His name is Ray Colon and will be in contact with you." "Updating your review is not going to change the end result here" "But seems like you have the time to bother so will I" all of those are from him!!!! Run away from this guy!!!! I see why he does not have any bad reviews from people because he threatens them with legal action and harasses them. UPDATE. I have not responded to this guy at all and he is still texting me at all hours of the night it's 2 am and he just texted me. I'm actually a little scared of this guy I guess I thought being as he was such a high rated he said broker that he wouldn't be a psycho. Clearly wrong

I have used Glenn Lawrence for multiple transactions and have been extremely satisfied. Would definitely recommend using Glenn for a home purchase/sale.
