For full disclosure, I am a realtor affiliated with this particular office. My review is obviously biased but I choose to share it to provide perspective to real estate agents looking to affiliate with our brand. I joined Coldwell Banker in December after being with a competing firm for over 8 years elsewhere. After carefully weighing my options and considering many different brokerages and models, I decided to join Coldwell Banker because I felt like the tools and technology provided to their agents are way ahead of the competition. The company has been around longer than realtors have! Coldwell Banker was founded in 1906 and realtors became a thing in 1908. Needless to say,  the company has done a great job of finding ways to innovate and remain relevant over the century+ of its existence. Another thing I really liked about Coldwell Banker was the fact that they are consistently recognized year after year, through their parent company Realogy, as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies. I have high standards and operate from a position of integrity always and it's important that the company I affiliate with hold similar high standards. The reason I decided to join this particular office was the Managing Broker, Jennifer Davis. In my meetings with Jennifer prior to joining, she stood out as being very knowledgeable and I got the sense that she is very vested in her agents' success. Follow up calls to peers only confirmed my thoughts. She's a fantastic leader. Since joining, I've been nothing but pleased with my decision. The office staff are great and Cathy and Michele are behind the scenes rockstars that help the office's agents be more productive. At many other companies, I noticed that the agents are overly competitive and it's a shark eat shark environment. This office however is anything but. The agents are very experienced, very successful and also very friendly and open to helping each other out. As a result, there's a fantastic culture in the office and it's fun to come to work and be a part of it.
