I can't say enough about how helpful Coldwell Banker was in our relocation to the La Grange area. We were moving from out of state and we received help in every aspect of our relocation. Our agent was responsive and supported us through every step of the process. Highly recommend.

I worked with Coldwell Banker real estate agent Ms. Djuja Pucar. 
She was professional and very knowledgeable, yet very approachable and personable.
Well prepared, patient, punctual, respectful, courteous, generous with her time and availability (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months).
With her exceptional knowledge of the southwest suburban area, she quickly understands her buyer's needs and has a very kind way of steering the buyer in a wise direction.
Djuja answered tons of questions, explained every single form and every single part of the purchasing process clearly and thoroughly. 

Cannot recommend her enough!

We experienced a professional and proactive team with a seamless and painless process. I have been a part of numerous real estate transactions over the years. I cannot remember one that went as smoothly as  the one we went through with Tricia Riberto and her team in La Grange.

A nightmare, describes our experience with this office and our listing agent, Laurie Riggs as well as the buyers agent who was also out of this office.  We contacted our agent L. Riggs via email during the selling process expressing our dissatisfaction & concerns, it was ignored.  We also received  no response after contacting the manager at this office.  It was very clear that when your back is against the wall, all they are concerned about is "their" money, you're on your own with this agent & this office.  Absolutely could not recommend them based on our  experience.

Call the agency and was switched to one of the representatives. Then was told just to check the online listings and he would not help me any further.
