Jessica was absolutely fantastic to work with, I walked in late afternoon and she was extremely accommodating. I had specific wants concerning a rental home, and she went above and beyond finding the right fit for me. She even came out on her time off to show several houses. Very kind, and knowledgeable of the area, I would definitely recommend her for any real estate needs.
 Property management was accommodating as well. I came in Friday and they estimated the paperwork would be ready the next Monday, however Taylor called me back not even an hour later saying it would be ready that afternoon! 

Very happy with my service so far.

Honestly stay away, once you sign with them, they feel that they have you and not work for the best interest of their clients. They will try to sell your house at bottom price,  this was our experience with Lori.  All smiles in the beginning, then she told us we couldn't sell the house at our asking price and wanted us to lower the price.  Good thing we didn't listen and the buyers still bought the house regardless. She also wanted us to fix a bunch of minor things that were of little to no need.  Well, likely because she gets kick backs for referrals.  Instead of working for the seller, she will just try to make a quick sell to earn the commission.  Horrible ethics! These guys are not much different than used car sales person.  Ask around at the base for their rep.

Going on a month without a working dishwasher. Not cool. Prevously, when the  oven went out it took 5 days to get a repairman out. We had good food go bad because we could not cook. Not cool. This stuff would not fly with the property managers we rent our house out through in another state. Not sure what the deal is here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These are bad hombres, and in my honest opinion are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.  I am sad I gave them my business for as long as I did.  As an academic I have seen teenage students act more maturely.

One of the worst rental management companies that I have ever dealt with. 1.They don't listen to maintenance issues renters have...unless it is really serious. 2. They will murder your security deposit by using overpriced good ol' boy contractors ($115 to change air filters??) All rental pricing is at or above BAH level. Avoid at all cost.
