We went to Laura on the recommendation of some close friends who'd had an excellent experience with her. We wanted someone who would work hard to sell the property. Laura was that person. She was frank about the market, let us know what we should expect (maybe a long wait to sell a home in our price range) and then went right to work. Expert digital marketing (we had interest in the property from many locations outside the state) and astounding attention to detail. Laura was always available to us, even on short notice. Long story short, she sold our home in only five months and we got within a couple percent of the asking price.  Could not be happier. She shepherded us through the entire process and made sure everything came together and that there were no surprises at closing. Laura works hard and she works smart. She is simply the best realtor we have ever worked with. Thanks a million, Laura!

I'm so happy to have a chance to share my experiences with Laura at Las Cruces Real  Estate.   I have dealt with Laura on 3 different transactions over the last 4 years and on each one she has come through for us with flying colors.  She is knowledgeable and extremely ethical. She really knows and understands the market; the marketing programs she uses are really state of the art and exclusive to the Las Cruces area.  I think that we all realize that Real Estate has become a computerized business, but Laura hasn't lost touch of the human side either.  She is there to calm your fears , and handle any curve balls that may be thrown your way!  She brought us through all of our transactions in a way that would make it impossible to not recommend her to anyone who needs the services of a Realtor that will work hard for you and keep your best interest at the forefront. Before meeting Laura, I was in contact with numerous other real estate agents who just flat out did not want to help me and or were rude and not helpful. Being a single mom and needing to sell my home, I was stressed out. One night while on Facebook, I came across Las Cruces Real Estate and was immediately answered back and came into contact with Laura. Laura was awesome from beginning to end, she met met at my home in October and we sold and closed by mid November. I am beyond thankful and recommended Laura to everyone she is amazing, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.
