I rented a home from this Realty company and when I first went to look at the home the front door was kicked in, all plumbing was broken and all faucets and the toilet and there was no closet doors. I made the Realty company aware of this and told them we could fix it if they wanted us to. And was told to save the receipts and we would be reimbursed. When it came to being reimbursed they are now saying I didn't have permission to fix it but I have witnesses and they aren't wanting to pay. I no longer live in that home. Now I am having issues getting a months rent and deposit that is owed and also over $800 in materials that is still at that home. If you rent a place from this realtor company make sure they go with you to look at the home to take notes of damages and if they say you can fix it and be reimbursed, make sure you get it in writing or you will be screwed over. I am now out $800. I paid 6 months rent in advance with a deposit. I moved cause of the attitude of the Realty company. In total I am owed $1,600 and am fighting to get my money. I left the home cleaner than what it was when I moved in.

rent you unsafe fire hazardous homes and code enforcement won't help because they are in business with them.

Very professional real estate company. They know how to market properties like pros. They handled a transaction for a family member and  did a great job. I would recommend to a friend.
