Everyone there is extremely friendly, and the flowers are gorgeous! I told her my budget and she whipped up a lovely arrangement that was affordable for me. So glad I went here instead of Stop & Shop for some flowers for a friend!

Coleen's Flower Shop changed my life for the better. Their helpful insight on floral arrangements, and on staff excellence was an enlightening experience to behold, and hope to work with them for future events. A special thanks goes out to Bill, for his witty humor in a short notice scheme, especially in designs, as well as to Shawn's impeccable delivery timing and diligence to workmanship. I grew up in this neighborhood and my family had been coming here for generations. Recently on Valentine's Day (which fell on a Sunday) I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital at which my girlfriend works. The flowers were left in the flower room at the hospital that is clearly labeled with several signs that read "do not leave flowers on weekend or holidays. They will not be delivered." When I called the next day to discuss my concerns and request some sort of compensation (flower delivery isn't cheap) I was dismissed and basically told tough luck, we are busy on Valentine's Day and they made it close enough to being delivered. I was shocked at the response especially to such a loyal customer. Terrible customer service, and you won't get what you pay for. Try someone else like Cedar grove florist.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Have only gone in for a small bouquet a few times, but each time they've always put something unique and fresh together for my budget despite having huge wedding and funeral orders going on.
