UPDATE:  I got a very quick reply from them today, and spoke to Marian.  They are extremely professional and stand behind their work, which is obviously routinely at a high standard.  I sent her the picture, she immediately agreed and identified the source of the issue.  The bouquet I selected should not have been "upgraded" (my request) to a large rectangular vase, which is what spoiled the design of the arrangement.  She offered several solutions to correct the situation, all of them generous.  They take great pride in their product and are quick to resolve it to your satisfaction.  I will be ordering from them again next time, and have every exception it will be excellent.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: In short absolutely great service, poor flower arrangement.  Mary was awesome at helping arrange a same day delivery, and helping pick an appropriate bouquet.  The arrangement in the picture looked beautiful - simple, composed, and elegant.  However what arrived was a $120 mess.  Wish I could post a picture of both on here, you'd have no doubt.  I can't tell you how disappointing it was when she sent me a picture of what she received.

Very nice and accommodating! I love the succulent arrangements, as well as the beautiful (and extremely aromatic) lily arrangements.

Great value. Great service. Very nice people that are incredibly accommodating. I've ordered flowers and balloons there - the place caters to the drop in spur of the moment purchases which make men's lives much easier.
