I'm being pretty nice at 3 stars. I walked into the dealership and was never greeted. I was directed straight to service to inspect the unit that had just finished PDI. The service department walk me through the unit, big things were missed, like the doors ability to close. I pointed out 3 things during my inspection that would have been captured if there was any effort to actually inspect the unit. The service department tried to get me to sign the inspection paper even though there was a clause that there were "no scratches or dents." I did work out a deal with the salesman to fix the bumper that worked out for both us. I drove away happy, but the first impression still lingers.

Overall was a good experience. Knew what I wanted when I went in. That being said the camper I purchased was a used one but advertised for sale ready to go. It was not. The wiring to the trailer lights were not in working order. The staff stayed past closing but ultimately I pulled it home with intermittent trailer lights. No technician worked Saturdays is what I was told.

I bought my new RV from them and got a very good deal. I also use them for service and although their prices are on the high end the work and most of the employees are worth it.

Omg this is the place for all your RV needs. They have everything you didnt know you needed. The staff is so friendly and helpful not to mention knowledgable about the musthaves for your camper.......on a late Saturday evening they have been my saving grace. Thank you so much to the folks in the parts department!:) happy campin' -M.oRR
