One of a kind. Beautiful clothing that is suitable for women of all shapes and sizes. Fun accessories, and an amazing jewelry collection. Wonderful and friendly staff who have always given me the personalized service I’ve come to appreciate from a small business. Such a gem in Ann Arbor!

I find it hard to believe anyone would be treated rudely. I have been shopping at Collected Works for at least 35 years, and am always greeted with the feeling of being a"friend" rather than a customer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The quality and varied choice in clothing is beyond compare.  In all the years I have shopped at Collected Works I have needed to return an item but once and was treated very well.. It is a little more expensive but I have used the layaway service when needed.  We all like nice things and Collected Works is the place to visit.

The sales people are very rude. I went in to see what the store was about, I was not in the store more than 10 minutes before I was encountered by a sales person probing if I was going to make a purchase , insinuating that I was not able to afford the things in the store. She proceeded to "watch me closely" until I left. 
The highlight of the store is the jewelry case filled with beautiful eclectic things yet the clothing was highly over priced for the quality of the recycled/new clothing .
