UGP is great to work with for custom screen printing. Megan was SO helpful in selecting the right product for our needs, and she was energetic and enthusiastic about our project. She communicated clearly with us about everything, and UGP's online system helped ensure that there were no mix-ups with the order. We weren't on a tight timeline or anything, but I thought the turn-around time was pretty quick. The product quality is great. We have worked with several screen printing shops in town, and UGP is by far my favorite.

Great service and quality of shirts! We have ordered several sets of shirts for school groups. They were very affordable for students and easily customized!! Megan in Ann Arbor is very efficient and knowledgeable to work with!

Our school used Underground Printing recently to purchase shirts with our new mascot on it. The company was extremely helpful and replied to me multiple times on the same day when I had questions. Our order was quickly filled and shipped. The website was a little difficult to navigate in terms of finding kid's sizes, but when I sent an e-mail it was sorted out quickly and easily. We will be ordering through them again.

We have used Underground printing several times now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality products at a great price. We are a small business and had difficulty finding an apparel printing company that didn't require a ridiculously large minimum order, or that offered us a variety of choices affordably. With UP we can order as much or as little as we need with any variety of products we choose. The customer service is excellent, always friendly and professional. They are quick to respond to all questions/concerns, and always seem happy to do so. Great company and staff!
