Was annoyed Colleen charged me $35 for a wash and blow dry that lasted 18 mins. Refused to tip her. That's more than the price of a cut, wash and blow dry,  and her place isn't exactly upscale!! $2 per min!! Disgusted! However, facial and massage was good enough, but don't bother doing a mani pedi. The varnish has no quality. It was peeling by time I got home. Bad.

Colleen is an incredible hair stylist; they have a full Service Salon,  including beautiful view, separate area for natural nail mani pedicures and relaxing chairs! The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL; I wouldn't return to JON ENGLISH SALON IN UPTOWN,  EVER! Drop in and see for yourself! All the stylists and manicurist's are so friendly,  professional and talented!

My MIL and I went on Saturday and were the last appointment for a mani pedi. They rushed us through like they had somewhere else to be. The air was broken in the room we were in so it was 86 degrees and we had our feet in hot water so we were hot! We paid to upgrade our polish to one that should last about a week. I loaded the dish washer when I went home, went out to eat, and went to bed. By the morning my polish was already peeling off in large pieces. We paid 100 to have our nails done to not last 12 hours, were rushed through like we were an inconvenience, and were so hot we were covered in sweat the whole time. We don't recommend going.

Got a mani-pedi here, two nails peeled that night. The experience was great, but low quality. Also they rarely answered my emails I could only make an appointment by phone.
