I was in just recently. I walked in at 4:20 on a Tuesday and they told me it would be about a 30-40 minute wait. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once I finally got in the lady that did my hair skipped out on the conditioner because she was trying to rush through. She cut my hair to short and then blamed it on me saying that this is what I asked for. I asked for longer layers and she cut them at my shoulders when my hair is down to my lower back. She also didn’t say a word to me the entire time I was there besides asking for how I wanted my hair cut. When I told her that my hair isn’t how I wanted she said that there was nothing she could do besides blend it and it didn’t help at all. I was definitely disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect that they gave. This was my go-to Fantastic Sams but now having gone through this I will not be back.

stylists doing one color half complete and one haircut 99% complete - not another soul in the shop but "you'll have to wait 40 minutes" looking around "are you serious??" "yes, there's a waiting list, and people might come back" "MIGHT come back? Goodbye..."

It was waiting over an hour. Stylist was so lean back and too much talking with customer. I absolutely go back to St Anthony one...

It has great people and the time is fine because its all walk ins but cristal does a crappy job with color, i left went in for bold blue hair and went home with brown still in me hair verry dosapointed in her color job.

I went to this fanatic sam's today 12/18. Got there at 11:04 am the doors and lights were not on and they were suppose to be open at 11am. But the girls that were let saw me and let me and I waited for a 2-3 minutes so that they could get everything going...ok whatever. So finally one of the ladies took me back I think her name was Sarah, I'm not entirely for sure because she didn't even introduce herself to me. I sat down at your chair and I told her that I wanted a hair cut to my shoulders, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I told her that I wanted it a smudge above my shoulders not a lot and I don't want any layers, and I want it all one length all around. So I'm thinking alright she saw the picture of me with the cut that I wanted I described it to her very well. We went over to the sink to wash my hair, she was more worried about her ass being cold then washing my hair. It was a freezing cold day water and she washed my hair with freezing cold water, didn't even ask me if that was okay temp. Went back to her chair and I swear she wanted me to have a bob hair cut just like hers. That is what she gave me. My hair doesn't look anything like the picture I showed her, my hair seriously looks horrible. She cut the back of my hair shorted than the front. I will never go back to this saloon if or if she isn't working. I'm done with people not listening and screwing my hair up.
