Horrible experience that no one still hasn't made right and failed to reach out. We paid this company good money for a move. Several cabinets didn't get emptied and things not packed. I found this out 30 minutes after they left. I called back and was told someone would call me asap to arrange bringing me boxes to finish what was started. That was a lie. No one called me. Called the next day left a message on the number Gary gave me no return call. Called the main number and was promised yet again a manager named Trey would call me and that was another lie. You took our money and didn't finish the job. Do not use this greedy company for your needs. They clearly do not care about the customers supporting their company.

I have used your group 3 times now and they have been exceptional each time. They are so polite and always ask what else they can do to help me before they leave.

Very polite and friendly service. On time as expected and priced right. We will use College Hunks Hauling Junk again.

I scheduled an appointment online for the same day. I got a confirmation email, and even called their corporate office to confirm the appointment, since it was short notice. They called me to cancel it halfway through the appointment window, offered me a discount, and promised to show up at 8:30am. I hesitantly agreed. The next morning, they didn't show up, and didn't bother to call or text to let me know why. I called every number I could find, but never got a warm body to find out what was going on. Waited for three hours and gave up. They called me long after the appointment window ended to tell me they'd had a "hectic morning". Why not text or call to let me know? It takes about twenty seconds. Awful.
