I came in February 1st to order a birthday cake for my nephew paid real good money. I picked the cake up today it Looked beautiful but tast terrible it was dry, taste like it frozen and tasted like a mix. I except for paying good money to get a good cake! I will never buy or order another cake.

Good food with reasonable prices with great cookies and cakes. Very clean rest rooms and overall cleaness of the building. All personnel very professional and willingness to help in anyway. Definitely a 5 Star place

Good bakery. Lots of options. The only reason it's not 5 is because they are lacking allergy free options. I also like the coffee.

Service was impeccable. Bathrooms very clean . Atmosphere was really nice. All done up for Christmas. I had the BLTC. The bacon was most yummy!! We got a fruit cake and numerous other treats to take home to Houston. We always stop by when we drive up to Oklahoma. Thanks again for a great meal.

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch while traveling from Fort Worth to the Houston area. The employees were friendly enough, but the service and our food was shameful. I ordered a large BLT with only 3 pieces of bacon on it for a cost of around $ 7.00, while my daughter ordered a small BLT for around $ 5.00 which only had 1 piece of bacon on it. This after waiting thirty minutes for our food while watching others who came in after us receive their food after a short wait. I finally asked when our food would be ready. The bacon was not even warm, and the lack of bacon for the price shocking. We were ready to get back on the road so ate the sandwich without questioning the quality. We were there at Collins Street Bakery in Corisanna, Texas for one hour, ordering and waiting on our food. The eating didn't take that much of the time. My daughter and I travel frequently this route and will give them one more opportunity, but if the same service and quality happens Collins Street Bakery will not be on our list of places to eat.
