Number of issues but the biggest is the damage to the garage. They never explained that adhesive and significant (like several buckets worth) of dirt would come through garage roof. It took several days to clean up, but nearly $1,000 of stuff is ruined by the adhesive. The garage was specifically pointed out during estimate due to a leak (which that wood does not appear to have been replaced). Despite numerous people saying that should have been pointed out to us, they made it clear they aren’t responsible because of a line in the contract. So they are relaying on legalese rather than ensuring they communicate with their customers. Note this was a whole house replacement.
Prior to the job we spent at least a month trying to speak to the finance person regarding our Wells Fargo Home Projects card (being used to make payment). They never returned our call until 2 weeks after job was done, and then only to collect payment. Several other small communication issues: short notice of job date, no pre-work inspection by site supervisor, request to be called when supervisor on site was not relayed to supervisor.

We did not have a good experience with this company. We had a roof leak and the person from this company did the roof repair work for $750. But it never fixed the problem. I did make 2 follow up calls but the person tried to convince me that its normal to have some leak from the chimney. After 1 year when I called the office directly they gave me a new quote to fix the problem.
