I walked into the store with an empty 10 lb. bag of grout in my hand and said I needed to order another bag to finish my project. Without asking, Courtney ordered a 25 lb. bag instead. No big deal. So I called to see about exchanging it and they said they won't take it back. The bag hasn't even been opened. The worst part was the sass and sarcasm I received. I was told I need to listen better and to "Have a nice day". Thanks Courtney.

I had a flood in my home and was recommended to go to ProSource through my contractor.  The stress was taken away with this company. Highly recommended!!!

Make sure your customers  full bill is paid the customer because since they see you and no longer the customer they try to get you to pay the bill for customer. in my case the customer bill was paid but girl who took order over phone was STUPID! They DIDN'T HAVE SUB FLOOR IN STOCK (HOW UNUSUAL) SO CUSTOMER PAID FOR IT AND I PICKED IT UP. nOW IM BEING BILLED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR!! Debra is the sales person you want if you want to make sure you arent being screwed.

Staff was super helpful, they sell super effective products for low prices. 5/5 all the way. Oh, and they have the biggest selection of countertops, handles, flooring, etc in the area.

Excellent sales and service support!  Ordered tile and carpet for condo renovation.   Materials arrived on-time, to include carpet shipped from another out-of-area ProSource dealer.  Highly commend Dan Roman and sales staff.  Our thanks!
