I scheduled 3 weeks out for a time frame that fit my schedule. A repair they said would take less than two days is now going on four. Not only are they behind schedule, but no one From CRC called to tell me about the delay. I had to call at the end of both day 2 and 3 to find out the status. Very poor customer service, hopefully I need no more repairs, but if I do I will look at other repair shops.

Brought in my wife's Honda after a minor collision. Not only did they have the oem parts installed and painted to match in 3 days, they also detailed the interior and exterior of the car. Great service, friendly staff, and excellent work. Would recommend to anyone

I would not recommend that anyone use this company. I recently had work done here they chipped paint on tail gate of new 2016 truck then claimed it was old. Had over spay from rust proofing/ under coating on truck cab. They got sealant from on towels all over the top of bed liner on top of sides of the truck bed. Very poor customer service and very low quality of work
