I had a Saturday appointment at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and as I walked in the door the manager promptly greated me by my name. (Which I thought was a very professional and kind gesture as I had never been there before. He apparently recognized me by my time of arrival and my car.). I waited until 2:38 before my car was seen and it took 2 hours for a transmission fluid flush and change, check my brakes and alignment and change a license plate light. Their prices were competitive and they were honest. I thought I needed brakes and they were fine, and he suggested I do my alignment when I buy tires again as the alignment would be a waste of time with the wear on my tires. And I didn't need tires quite yet either. I was only disappointed that my appointment really didn't mean anything in the realm of when they started my car. First come first serve place.

Came here today to get my window wiper transmission replaced and the whole crew went extremely out of their way to help me! Brandon kept the shop open longer than they normally stay open so i would not have to drive my car like that or else it would be a safety issue. They picked up the part for my car extremely fast and fixed it extremely fast. Brandon was so kind and professional! Props to the mechanic who worked on my car for helping us today too. This is the only place I take my car and the only place me and family trust, so if you're looking for a place to go I highly recommend Midas in Moline!!!

I take all four of my vehicles here. Brandon is always honest and fair. I needed to bring my Son's car in for service and Brandon arranged for me to get a ride to work with his regional manager and then picked me up after work. The work they do on my cars is always top notch and I have never had a problem with anything they have done. You don't find customer service like this anymore........ except for here. That is why I am a customer for life!

I am originally from Chicago and I took a road trip to Nevada on my way back as soon as I crossed over the border to Illinois from Iowa my alternator died my car was towed to Midas and they fixed it for me at an affordable rate I’m so thankful for you guys it was a very tough time for me and my car is back to running again driving the streets of Chicago thank you so much I’m very grateful

I usually go to Midas for issues with my vehicles and have a great experience. Unfortunately my latest experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I took my truck in because I was having issues with it stalling. They misdiagnosed the problem three times and each time told me the truck was fixed and it was evident that it was not as soon as I drove away. I would unfortunately and inconveiniently have to return it again the next morning each time. They finally fixed the issue which turned out to be the spark plugs after replacing a loose wire, mass air flow sensor, fuel pump, and cam shaft position sensor that were not needed. Finally my truck was running as it should and I was grateful to have it back running even after the many visits and failed attempts to fix it. I’m now having an issue with the fuel gauge because of the fuel pump they changed that was not needed. My gauge will only read 3/4 full at a full tank when the tank is actually full. I’ve returned twice now for this issue. A total of 6 times and two weeks with my vehicle in the shop. The gauge is still not reading correct. I called today to have it corrected a third time and was told by Brandon that he was just not sure what to do anymore and I may have to have someone else look at it. I am completely in awe of the terrible service that I have received
