Empty tables and still waited over 20 minutes to get seated. It appears this establishment is understaffed and everyone we saw come in, had to wait a considerable time for a seat, even though it looked like 25% of restaurant was empty. This seems to be a recurring pattern expressed from others who have eaten here. There was someone who appeared to be the manager on duty but ignored the patrons and appeared to avoid any interaction with guests. Even a quick explanation of the wait would have been nice. Since we really had no place to be, the roughly 2 hours didn't matter but that would be a long time from start to finish for a meal. However, our waitress did a great job given the situation in which she was placed.

Their food is good, although it's getting way out of hand price wise (especially if you get dinner and dessert OMG). This particular visit was extra annoying, given that we had to wait for 20 minutes to get seated...WHILE THERE WERE MANY TABLES OPEN, BUSSED AND READY. BUT, I was told the servers were behind, so apparently we should be made to stand around instead of sitting and letting the kids color. Brilliant plan. Server was good, tipped her well. But, the manager (Sergio, I think) needs a serious attitude adjustment, and had I not had three kids in tow, I'd have given him one personally. You don't just swipe a credit card back and forth a dozen times trying to get it to read....that's how you get a card flagged for fraud. When I told him that (asked nicely, btw) , he gave me the card and said "here, you show me how to do it, it won't read" to which I said "slow down, it'll work" and it did. I like the restaurant, but they need to revise their seating policy and maybe spot check their managers.

Amazing customers services. I been coming very Thursday night with my family after our work out. Our favorite server is Jennifer.She is so sweet,friendly, and funny.She remembered our order.The food is yummy and even their ice cream.The manager is really nice and helpful.

The waitress I had was very accommodating and made sure everything had everything they needed often. Also, the food was delicious and it's a great cozy restaurant for a family dinner. Highly recommend this place and their Kitchen Sink!!!

The food's great, but the place seems to need better mgmt. Service kinda slow at times.
