I’ve been living here for 2 years toooo long and I promise this is my LAST YEAR this is by far THE WORSE place to live , they don’t fix anything when you ask , they are unprofessional, they switch property mangers more than a little so you’ll never know who’s in charge, they raised the rent and gave us a 2 day notice they are horrible i would literally recommend anyone to not even ride pass this mess GO THE OTHER WAY !!!!!

I would not recommend these townhouses to anybody. First off, before I moved into my unit, I was shown a different one and ALL ALONG THE CEILINGS where the wall and ceiling meet, there were CRACKS all over the place. I moved into the one I'm in though because it didn't, cosmetically, look anywhere as bad as the other one. Anyway, when I moved in, the master doorknob was crushed and the AC vent was bent and smashed. The bathroom doorknob is broken and has never shut since I've moved in last year, until recently whenever they had people come and put wood under this unit and my neighbors and it shifted my place. The door finally will shut and not rub against the wood but he know is broken and won't be fixed bc i didn't get my paper turned in within the first week of moving in (my fault I know). Anyway, there are spots where there are the tips of nails to keep the carpet down poking out, and I've cut my toe four times since and my daughter cut her knee on one when she fell on the floor. The hardwoods under the carpet is sunken so I think they put the carpet down instead of raising the floor back how it's supposed to be. In my kitchen, if you put pressure with a heel against the floor, it will sink in. There is NO CABINET SPACE!!!! There are two lower cabinets, one with pipes running through the back, and the second one had a shelf, but when they came and replaced the heating unit the only place for them to put the take away vent and the big tube thing linking it, was in the lower cabinet by the stove so there is maybe a foot of space left in that cabinet without a shelf. Speaking of my heating unit, I went two months in the cold a** WINTER with no best at all bc they took so long to get somebody out to fix it. They had to replace the whole thing. The management or whatever don't supply or replace window screens, so no windows have screen in them, and there are plenty here with old screen hanging off on the outside. A while back a mans leg came through the floor, into the kitchen. The floors are in terrible shape. My neighbor that had moved in, they were there for maybe a month and there bathroom floor (above the kitchen) fell through and the ceiling collapsed. They moved into another one but that one had just as many issues and they were released from their lease. It is not clean, there's trash always all over the place, a glass bottle was broken on the sidewalk and it was there for like three weeks before I just cleaned it up. YOU CAN HEAR THE NEIGHBORS GOINF UP AND DOWN YOUR STAIRS AND IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS IN YOUR HOUSE. My first night moving in, i got scared as hell bc it sounded like somebody was stomping up the i stairs. The stairs are creaky and the doors upstairs ALL creak and it's starting to happen on the wood floors in my SMALL ass dining room. There is no room for a table. You open the door and your table is right there. And I have a small table. My neighbors water backs up into my bathroom sink and it makes it smell like sewer. His facial hair was in my sink. I've called about this. It has not been fixed. And the bathtub was like painted over so there are paint chips coming off despite not having done anything to make it chip. The other night (first time it's happened) I was sitting on the toilet seat waxing my legs and had my foot propped up on the tub and when I lifted my foot the paint had stuck to the whole bottom of my foot and now it looks even worse than before. TO BE CONTINUED.....

CONTINUED..... The place is falling apart. I stepped up inside coming into my back door and the wood is so rotted/old that it collapsed, and they still have not fixed it. The neighboring apartments gutter and drain fell off and it's still laying out back. But the rain is started to be soaked in underneath I guess and is lifting the laminate from the floor when you first walk in. Neither door has weather strips though I've called and asked multiple times....MULTIPLE. I have paper towels folded and taped to the side of my door to keep the air out bc there was a serious breeze coming though during the winter. Oh and when they replaced the heating unit and added the new vent, they didn't get rid of the old one, which has air from outside coming through so it's cold or hot air coming from outside to make your heat/AC work harder and stay on longer. I taped aluminum foil over it to keep the air and BUGS out. THERE ARE SO MANY ANTS COMING FROM THE BASEBOARDS WHERE THE CARPET MEETS THEM. Ants coming from the rotted wood inside the walls. If you don't bolt lock your door, you can use a card to open you door. I've had to do it a few times. The dumpster gets so full that there is trash coming into the street. There are SO many kids...LOUD kids, that play in the grass on the hill by all the parked cars and since living here. I've seen two car wind shield cracked and plenty of cars hit by balls, etc. The kids have no manners and will play on your porch and mess with your stuff. The people in the office are never in if you need to speak to somebody and when they do answer they make you few stupid for calling them. It is a horrible place to live, unless you don't intend on spending any time actually living inside the apartment.

They do not fix anything not a good place to live stay or visit. They need to do better. They painted over things like the tubs for instance, once the water hit the paint peels off! Bad business!
