We came back at the limit of the 4 hours allowed to be at the movies (15 minutes before) and one of their machines was not accepting credit cards, they had us going up and down different floors to find a machine that took payments and when we finally found one the machine wanted to charge us for a full day of parking. That wasn’t really the problem. The problem was the guy who was  “helping” on the intercom. He knew what happened with the machines and when we called again to complaint about the price he just refused to help. He knew that there was a problem with the machine and we were before hour allowed time and delayed because of their faulty machine, yet he refused to help.

Panda scanner does not work. Intercom doesn't work. Called the phone number to have valet assist to help...never showed up. After 30mins took another ticket in.

Business puts up deliberately misleading signage so they can ticket you. They will then accuse you of parking in a different location then you actually parked if you try to appeal it. There are multiple other stories of people being charged extra or being double charged, they are intentionally trying to scam customers due to lack of options.

I parked at the facility on 20th Street (near I street).  I was on my way out of town for a wedding…. So my GPS was pretty imperative.  

I parked there for about an hour and 15 minutes- from noon to 1:15.  This was the ONLY time I was not with my car that entire day.

After beginning my trip and getting outside the city limits, I reached for my GPS.  It was gone.  On further inspection of my car, used “dime bags,” with the remnants of crack in them.

Now with I feel relieved that nothing else that was in my car was taken.  I am still livid.  Either the attendant, who parked my car and held my keys,  did not lock it.  And then drug users accessed the garage and my car.  Or someone with access to my keys, used it for the illegal activity.
