Beautiful place to live for family and larger group of friends, right in the downtown area. Gym and pool are pretty good. The studios are well loaded.

Most of this garage is reserved spaces. Apparently there are only a few elevators that are for non-residents, but no discernable way to decode which ones are for public use to enter and exit the garage. When we tried to get back to our car, we could not find a pedestrian entrance (and could not remember where we previously exited on foot). When I called the attendant, he gruffly told me to just walk down the ramp. The ramp meant for cars. With my small children in tow. And no pedestrian walkway. I will never park here again. I only gave two stars because we departed in our vehicle unscathed.

Good garage for visiting the Verizon Center and nearby museums- only about 2.5 blocks away. You can also book ahead online and reserve a spot. I do that and then just scan the bar code thing that they email you at the gate when entering and leaving. Never any problems.

No valet requirement here. Only downside is the price, and the elevator (old, slow, and frankly really creepy feeling inside). It's pretty jam packed because it's a great place.

Kind of hard to find the entrance from the street to get your car, but it's close to the mall and same price as everywhere.
