After driving the same car for 11 yrs I was dreading buying a new car. I knew I wanted a Subaru and I saw one that I was interested in so I figured why not I’ll just go and check it out. When I got there Dan came out to say hi and see if we needed any help. Long story short I bought the car and Dan made it so stress free!!! He wasn’t pushy at all and was able to make me feel very confident in my new purchase just by being so helpful and educating me on what I could afford and what was the best option for me. I am so happy with my experience at Colonial and I’m loving my new Subaru!  And even after I signed the papers and officially bought my car, Dan and everyone at Colonial continued to provide such excellent service I couldn’t believe it. Trust me if u want a Subaru go to Colonial Subaru.

I was in the market for a gently used car that fit into my budget and my search took me an hour & 1/2 away to Colonial Volkswagen Subaru.  I had inquired about a vehicle that was listed and Joe E. followed up with me. Throughout the whole process, he was in contact in a timely manner and was patient with all my questions.  For many people, car shopping can be frustrating but this dealership took care of everything and we were both happy at the end of the deal!

Really great service all around, everyone I met was personable and great to work with! Walter is one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and fought to get the price range I was looking for! I will 100% go back there for my next car and will recommend this dealership to everyone looking for another vehicle.

I recently purchased my new car from Colonial VW and was extremely happy with every step of the process. I can honestly say that everyone I spoke to was great as they were nothing but understanding and helpful. Walter is extremely great guy, and I was floored to find a dealership that had salesmen focused on getting me into the best car for me. Erica the finance lady is very courteous and  patient. We are very grateful  to all crew. I  recommend this place , and will be going back the next time I'm shopping for a car.

We just leased our fourth Subaru. Joseph Eisenbaurg at Colonial Subaru was outstanding in helping to organize  this transaction.  Joseph Eisenbaugh went above and beyond to help us complete the transaction as we were purchasing for our daughter in Philadelphia and we were from out of state. He was very instrumental in finding and holding the exact car we were looking for and bringing it to her in Philadelphia.  I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the service he provided. Joseph well represents the Subaru brand. Bravo!
