I only go to this place where there are coupons for oil changes, tires - since I had brakes and tires done at firestone in NJ and had free services attached to it, that why I go to Firestone - the staff is nice and courteous - But most of time they try to give you an expensive quotes of repair recommendations- I always get second opinion or look for DIY videos for simple stuff- I never followed any of those recommendations and never had any car issues, so my guess is all those recommendations were unnecessary- recently they had new front desk person name "Christian"- beware of this sales man- he is bad when it comes to overcharging and unnecessary repair recommendations especially at time of PA vehicle inspection- no doubt, staff is nice - u will be taken care of pleasantly but you will pay high price. Christian had recommended change of connector rod due to engine noise and he gave me quote of over $1000 quote. i took my car to authorized dealership and it was a small fix.

I was doing wheel repairs here. The manager said that repairing the wheel will cost about 50 dollars. Then they gave me an account for 200 dollars. The new wheel costs 85-145 dollars. I do not recommend a repair wheel here. Here they deceive!

Went in without appt., had problem corrected in 2 hrs. Staff and manager very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely return in 2 months for state inspection.
