We have Colony do fall and spring inspections for the furnace and air conditioners and they always arrive on time. This fall I mentioned to the worker that I wished our house had been zoned when it was originally built. The Colony employee said he thought it could still be done. That same day he had a sales person called me and set up an appointment. Within a couple of days, I had Steve out to the house to get me an estimate and I received the quote within a couple of days and had the parts ordered immediately. Two days ago, Mark installed the zones and everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend Colony Heating!

Jerry saved our lives today.  Our furnace went out last Wednesday evening and it was a BIG problem.  A part needed to be ordered from the factory.  It came in yesterday and they called immediately to set up the appointment.  The BIG problem is that temps dropped A LOT in the last 7 days and except for around the space heaters, the house got down to 60. We  spent the last week sleeping on the couch and the recliner to be close to the space heaters.  Jerry showed up early this morning and got right to work... replacing, cleaning, taking apart and putting together and when he was done , aside from the fact that the air coming out of the vents was cozy warm, he gave us a wonderful little tutorial on things to do and to watch out for.  Colony has ALWAYS taken good care of us and we wouldn't think of calling anyone else.  If you need help with heat this Winter, call Colony Heating & Air... and ask for Jerry.  He's our hero!

Had routine annual fall check-up completed at our home recently along with an investment property.  We've used Joe S. for years now as he's always been timely, courteous, considerate, clean, professional and knowledgeable about our equipment.  He's offered suggestions on how to improve efficiencies and has been forthright on managing our equipment.  We feel confident that the routine maintenance performed will insure another worry free winter without concerns of equipment failure.

Like the song these guys are simply the best, better than all the rest. They were already high on my list because Steve Thatcher and crew did a great job bailing me out when I had a birds nest deep past a curve in a bathroom exhaust fan. 

This time it was five below zero on a Sunday New Year's Eve morning and my furnace was acting weird. I spoke with an energetic and professional answering service person called JDH (I want to note here that when I called back to get his name, the lady I spoke with was great, but not excellent like JDH. JDH is one of those truly happy and happy to help people.) who told me John or Jeff would be calling me back. One minute later, I received a call back by John, also energetic and professional. After chatting briefly about my problem, John gave me a suggestion to try and told me to call him back if it didn't work. It worked. 

He could easily have just come over for an expensive service visit and made us cancel our morning plans, but I feel that he did what was best for us. And he did it of his own accord. He saved me time, money and peace of mind. Ever deal with people that are friendly, know what they're talking about and shoot you straight? That's Colony. I am a customer for life. I look forward to having them do all of my maintenance and service work.

Great service, couldn't ask for anything more. They were able to come out same day and diagnose the issue (bad thermostat) for a little bit of nothing and made sure everything was on the up and up. Nate was great to work with!
