It is difficult to find good work these days.  It is not always the contractors fault if things go wrong as there are so many lazy and inept workers in the world today.  The owner of AEC, Larry Van Deusen is a man who is no different when it comes to finding good workers.  The real difference he offers over the competion is that he will do everything in his power to make it right.  He has completely redone two house for me in the last 25 years.  His workers were better 25 years ago... but Larry is the same honest man who will make  things right when they go wrong.  That is a rare contractor in todays market.  So if you want a man with integrity that will make sure you are taken care of when something goes wrong, call AEC and make SURE you TALK to Larry. I give this man two thumbs up.  His workers I give the boot along with everyone else's.  Larry's right arm man is great at keeping things running smooth.  His wife is ill and he can't be everywhere at once or things would be much better...so be sure and call when things START to look bad or you feel something is not going right and give Larry a chance to fix it before it is a mess.  I guarantee you he will make it right.  This is the only man I EVER met in business who thought the same as I did in my business..."Promise less...Deliver more."  You are on your own if you pick anyone else.
