I rented a hummer limo for my sister’s Quinceañera on 4/21/2018, it did arrive on time and the limo was in excellent condition. My only complaint was the limo driver, this was suppose a fun and upbeat experience but he kept complaining about the volume of the music when it wasn’t even that loud. We tried lowering to what we though was a decent volume and he still rudely asked us to lower down even more. He ended up dropping us off at the reception hall 20 minutes before the end of the limo service when we had asked him to drive us around the roads to makeup for the remainder of the time that we had left. Yes their limos and party buses are nice but i wouldn’t bother using the service again, especially if a driver is going to make such a fuss about the volume of the music.

My wife and I did not have a great experience. We ordered a shuttle to transport our guests to our wedding, but only half of the people had a chance to use it. There was a big communication breakdown from the start. We provided all the travel information, estimated, guests to be picked up, and how long we wanted the shuttle for upfront which was nicely documented in the order invoice. However, the driver got lost going to the venue, which threw off the logistics and after the first run asked if he was done even though are invoice included unlimited rides for essentially the day. Due to this occurrence half the guests had to Uber or drive to the venue to make it in time for the ceremony, and we had to delay the ceremony start time. The shuttle was very nice and clean and everyone got back safely, so the service was half a success. A process improvement tip for the company would be to provide an opportunity to talk with the assigned driver prior to the day of to hash out details. I asked if I could get the driver contact info before the day for this very reason but they told me that would be provided the day of. The problem there was the whole wedding party was already at the venue to set up, do ceremony walkthrough, and get ready. This may have been an anomaly in customer service since I have read many great reviews, but just wanted all to be aware.

Bobby and Colony Limo are amazing! I explained what my plans were and Bobby gave me the perfect recommendation to meet the needs of my event. Due to Hurricane Harvey I had to change my event date twice but each time Bobby was understanding and accommodating. The driver was timely and knowledgeable of the area. Even with 18 loud, singing 9-10 year olders, our driver remained patient and calm. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from booking to drop-off. Thank you Colony Limousine for being an amazing company.

Had a great experience.. We had a party bus for a sweet sixteenth birthday. Driver courteous. Balloons and lighting were beautiful. All the guest on board had a great time. I will highly recommend. Colony limo
